Finally, a customer officer answered my call!

I’ve been trying to call Unionbank Call Center 841-8600 for almost a year. Unfortunately, I always get the message below.

All our customer officers are engaged at the moment, please hold while your call will be attended to as soon as an officer becomes available…..

I tried calling in the wee hours of the morning, early morning, lunch time, early afternoon, late afternoon, early evening and late evening - no success!

It’s so irritating as to why Unionbank whose online banking I adored was so poor at servicing customers who calls their hotline.

Anyway, I am glad that finally someone at the Call Center was not busy and got to take my call.
