Accomodating staff at TriNoma Cinema

Wednesday is color-coding for us, that means we can’t go anywhere outside the 10am-3pm scheme. So, me and hubby decided to go to TriNoma located in front of SM North Edsa. We heard from our nieces that the place is nice and worth a visit even though only 75% stores are currently operating.

We’ve been wanting to watch Shrek 3 since last week. Finally, since we’re at TriNoma we decided to watch it there. We picked the 5:10 pm time slot. Our watch at that time reads 4:00 pm and we’re hungry. When it’s almost 5:00pm and about to give out ticket. I panicked because I can’t find our cinema ticket. Arrgh! What a luck. I saw the Cinema Manager and asked him what to do.

He asked me to which staff I bought my ticket. I pointed the girl, and the girl acknowledge that I bought two tickets from her just awhile ago. So, the manager paged someone and instructed that someone to accompany us inside the cinema since we lost our ticket. Wow! That was a relief. We breezed inside the cinema without the need to fall in line and where ushered to our designated seat.

But, when the movie started my husband nudged me and said why it’s Pirates of the Carribean. Uh oh! We were bought in the wrong cinema. We notified the ushers that we were supposed to watch Shrek 3. But, it’s already 5:40pm. So, the ushers told us if we want to stay and watch Pirates of the Carribean instead because Shrek 3 started already.

Hmm, we decided to stay since we’re in there already. Nevertheless, I am still thankful that we were accommodated and our concerns was addressed immediately by the Cinema Manager. Too bad, I was not able to get his name. But to that Cinema Manager, thank you so much.
