To Allow or To Not Allow

What will you do if a regular customer request you to over-price the goods so he can bill his company? For instance, our service of audio transfer is only P200/CD. The customer was asked by his boss to transfer the cassette tape a total of 150 tapes to CD. We’ve given that customer a discount from P200/CD to P150/CD. Now, he asked us to place P200/CD on the official receipt.

That’s cheating (his company), and by agreeing to his request, you are an accessory to the act. Of course I am in no position to tell you what is right or wrong, but in the end you’ll have to act according to your own moral compass.
