I am a hands-on entrepreneur. I like to monitor and do things. But, sometimes I have to admit it has eat up a lot of my time. Instead of focusing to other aspects of the business, I am bogged down my processes that can be outsource. Again, with my getting things done motto. I’m finding simple solutions for SMEs.

At my internet cafe shop, it is too much for me to hire a accountant just to do the accounting. So, what I do I outsource this to a third party. This has made my life easier. Someone to remind me of deadlines and prepare all the documents that I need to file every month. Specifically, the SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig, BIR and City Hall. More, I also have someone to defend me from BIR auditing. Not, that I’m a tax evader. But, sometimes BIR hounds me for unknown reasons! Though, of course I pay and file my taxes promptly. BIR claims of unpayed and unfiled forms.

But, I’ve heard of other companies outsourcing their payroll. Yup, even though these companies can afford to purchase payroll software.
