The other night I was at Metro Walk to attend the Ituloy AngSulong Awards Night. It’s an SEO contest organize by Marc Macalua. Wow! The event was jampacked! But, it’s a male dominated arena. I’m glad that there are also woman winners.

After the awards night, Me, Janet and Gwen went to Iceberg to chit-chat. We were discussing about how the SEO arena was mostly men. Janet mentioned that Marc announced to the group that SEO Philippines contest will take a break. Suddenly, Janet had a brilliant idea to come up with SEO for WOMEN only! Hahaha. Talk about women power! This will surely equip the women to be prepared for the next SEO Philippines contest. Great idea! I’m excited.

It made me also wonder how Filipinos fare in a world wide arena. In the meantime, check this out Singapore’s Top SEO. There’s new trend we have call centers and medical transcription as most wanted career. We’ve seen call center and medical transcription schools popping up everywhere. Now, it’s SEO. Are we going to see SEO schools to pop up soon? It’s not impossible. Most website owners are now recognizing the need to Search Engine Optimize their website. And, website owners are tapping SEO professionals to work on their site.
