I asked hubby Mike to accompany me yesterday. I really wanted to go there. My husband is hesistant. But, I’m thankful that he granted my request. Anyway, off we went to Roxas Boulevard. MV Doulas is docked at Pier 18. To go there, take the Roxas Boulevard, you will pass by the Rizal Monument. Until, you see the sign that says South Harbor then make a left turn.

We went there yesterday, after attending a birthday party of my HS friend’s son. Upon reaching South Harbor, there’s a lot of cars. But, thankfully we were able to park easily. However, there as a very very long line. It took as an hour and half before we were able to board the ship. By the way, there’s an entrance fee of Php10.00 but children below 16 years old are free.

Aboard MV Doulos, the atmosphere is humid. There’s a lot of people browsing books. So, it’s quite crowded. So far, I’ve seen a lot of business books, religious books, children books, cookbooks and references. Prices according to some are cheaper compared to our Local Bookstore. Books are price tagged as units. And it’s Php100 per 100units. So, that’s Php1 per 1 unit.
