Problem with Meridian Telekoms

I have an internet cafe located at Kamuning Road, Quezon City. We’ve been a client of Meridian Telekoms for the past four years. In fairness, we’ve been happy with their service although there are downtimes. But downtimes don’t last for more than 1 hour. On the average their downtimes are 5 minutes more or less. Despite our having a hard time communicating with their representative, we are just fine with the stable service. However last month, the longest downtime we’ve experience 3.5 days!! 3.5 days was too much that means lost of income though they give rebates to compensate for the 52 hours downtime but it was not enough to cover for the losses incurred. Still, we are okay with it although at the back of our mind we are already thinking of shifting to another provider. Besides, we can still reach their technical support hotline. But yesterday until today, we’ve experience the downtime again. I said that’s too much already. In addition to that, no one is answering their technical support hotline. Plus, our contact person does not answer our phone calls. That’s enough. We decided to shift to another provider. Meridian Telekoms is not reliable anymore. I don’t know what happen to them. They were okay before Smart bought them. But, now I really am not happy with their service anymore.
