Francis Xavier Manzano - a victim of TMG’s overzealousness?
I don’t know Francis Xavier Manzano or the other two guys. I just blogged about it because my instinct tells me something is very wrong here. My mind has been theorizing a lot about what is the true story behind the shootout. Was it a rubout? Did the TMG mistakenly shot dead innocent people? Did TMG plant something to justify their action?
